Peñafalcón Crianza

Variety:
100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
Process: Grapes hand harvested.

Vineyards maintained with ecological practices,
yeasts native of own vineyards.
Wines aged batween 5-14 months in oak barrels

of French and American origin.
Tasting Notes: Red cherry color with violet

accents at rim of glass. Lively and brillant.
Strong, fruity aromas on the nose of wild berries
and toasted oak with accents of vanilla.
Flavorful on the tongue, strong, with sensations
of candied fruit, smooth in structure due to mature
tannins of the grape with flavors of vanilla and cinnamon.
Serving Temperature: 14 - 16º C.
Alcohol Content: 14,5º by Vol.

Peñafalcón Reserva

Variety:
100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
Process:
Manually harvested,
selected (on the vine and in the vineyard).
Cold maceration for two or three days.

Followed by prolongedperiod of 21 days.
Aged 24 months in new American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Intense cherry red colour,

giving way to light tones of mahogany on the
rim of the glass. Clean balsamic bouquet.
Aromas of ripe fruits with liquorice, cocoa
and oak.
The mid-palate is ample, pleasant and persistent.
Serving Temperature: 16 - 18º C.
Alcohol Content: 14,5º by Vol.

Process: Selection from older vineyards,

manually harvested.
Maceration of up to 25 days after pressing.
Aged during 3 years in new American or

French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Cherry red colour, powerful,

layers of mahogany at the rimof the class.
Clean and brillant. Intense and balanced
on the nose. Attractive notes of ripe berries.
Flavourful and round in the mounth, with aged tannins.
Serving Temperature: 18º C.
Alcohol Content: 14,5º by Vol.

Gran Reserva

Variety:
100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
Process: Hand harvested and selected

from older vines on sunny, high slopes.
Maceration of up to 25 days after pressing.
Aged 2 to 3 years in new American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Cherry red colour, powerful,

layers of mahogany at the rim of the class.
Clean and brillant. Intense and balanced on the nose.
Attractive notes of ripe red and black fruits.
Round and flavourful in the mouth, with aged tannins.
Serving Temperature: 18º C.
Alcohol Content: 14,5º by Vol.
